When a major cooler leak caused severe structural damage to a customer restroom and the adjacent walk-in refrigeration units, Pollo Tropical called on NM&C for an immediate emergency response. NM&C oversaw the full demolition and rebuild of the men’s restroom, along with removing and re-pouring the concrete slabs in both the walk-in cooler and freezer restoring full compliance while maintaining strict health standards.
